Our History

National Flood and Fire Network (NFFN) was founded in 2008 by Cam Miller, a native of Edmonton who moved to Utah in 1998. Originally Utah Flood and Fire Network, NFFN was founded at the height of the economic downturn in 2008 and 2009, and weathered the recession because of its strong leadership and a commitment to financial responsibility. The benefit to our customers from this leadership and financial responsibility is our commitment to the best work at the fairest price – every time.

Our Values

At NFFN we pride ourselves on honesty and integrity, especially when it comes to price and scope of work. We will never bill you for any work you have not authorized and you will never get a surprise invoice at the end of the job. We are a preferred service provider for some of the largest insurers in the state – which shows we have a proven track record for controlling costs, quality work and meeting deadlines.

Each and every job we work is assigned to a project manager from the project coordinator. Working with the estimator, the project manager oversees the entire project from start to finish and provides you with a single point of contact should you have any questions.

Our Team

We have a team of in-house craftsmen who are among the best in their trades. Our estimators and project managers have combined experience of over 60 years managing construction and restoration projects. Our team also includes former insurance adjusters and claim experts to ensure a seamless integration with your insurance company regardless of the type of claim you have.

For highly specialized trades, we utilize our network of vetted and insured subcontractors. Our network of subs has been built over a decade as a licensed General Contractor by seeking out the best subs in each trade and then building a long term partnership based on our shared values and commitment to quality work at a fair price.
