Responsibilities:
Project Oversight: Manage restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, quality workmanship, and adherence to safety protocols.
Assessment and Scoping: Conduct thorough damage assessments, create detailed scopes of work, and estimate repair costs.
Communication: Liaise with clients, insurance adjusters, subcontractors, and internal teams. Provide regular updates on project status.
Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and optimize resource allocation.
Quality Control: Ensure work meets industry standards and client expectations.
Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Team Leadership: Supervise field crews, subcontractors, and vendors.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records, including photos, reports, and invoices.
Compliance: Adhere to local regulations, building codes, and safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
Experience: Insurance restoration or related field preferred, but not required.
Certifications: Familiarity with Xactimate, Dash, or similar preferred, but not required.
Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and lead teams effectively.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Problem-solving: Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
Customer Service: Client-focused with a commitment to exceeding expectations.
Background: Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and driver’s license check.

Preferred candidate should have experience supervising crews with multiple techs.
We are seeking an individual who has a great attitude, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in high-demand situations. We are a rapidly growing operation that needs a leader who can manage the team and help build a unified company culture.
The successful candidate will ensure personal appearance is clean and professional.
We consider this to be more of a desk position, you will have a supervisor who will be your right hand to help supervise on-site work.
Should also have all the required certifications.
Should know Xactimate, XactAnalysis, Mitigate/Mica, & should have experience working with TPA’s.
Candidates will be required to pass a state background check, have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
Because we provide 24-hour emergency services, must be willing to be on call, as needed, and willing to travel if needed.
Pay will be discussed based on experience
